By accessing and using the GCPR 2027 website and registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or register for the event.
All registrations must be completed through the official conference portal. Payments are processed securely and in USD. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Fees are non-transferable except by written request and subject to organizer approval.
Cancellations received in writing before December 15, 2026 are eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable but substitutions may be made at no extra cost. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 30 days of the conference end.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of GCPR 2027 organizers or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Authors retain copyright of their abstracts but grant GCPR 2027 a license to publish them in proceedings.
By attending GCPR 2027, delegates consent to being photographed and recorded. Images and recordings may be used in conference marketing, social media and future promotional material.
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
The organizers accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons or property during the event. Delegates are advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.
If the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (natural disaster, pandemic, political unrest), registration fees may be transferred to a future edition or partially refunded at the organizers' discretion.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers or venue as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered delegates.
